Ovenable stackable and nestable trays and industrial catering method using these trays

Disclosed is a method allowing frozen cooked or pre-cooked food products to be packaged and transported from a manufacturing location to a catering location where they are reheated in stackable trays (20) for packaging, transport and reheating, which can be nested inside each other after use. The trays are designed with sloped portions and openings (31, 32, and 38) allowing the products to be uniformly reheated.
