In a patch (P) that comprises a support (2), treated so that it adheres to the skin and containing, or able to contain, at least one biologically active substance (I), the new feature is that the back of the support is fixed reversibly to an applicator, which is separated from (2) after this has adhered to the skin. An independent claim is also included for a storage device that contains a hermetically sealed housing designed to hold at least one (P).
