The system has a plug-in unit constituted by a facade adapted to a new rectifier module, a band frame and a ventilation plate for cooling the module. An electric circuit (30) controls the charge forced from a battery and adjusts an output of the new rectifier module. The electric circuit transmits an alarm to the housing in case of absence of supply or in case of defect of the module.
