The device has a case (1) with pins (7) which fit on the top of a water tank (3) of a toilet. The front side of the case is formed by the base of a hand sink articulated and tilting back and forth to be lowered above a toilet bowl (13) to wash the hands. The case has a combination fitting (5) with a goose neck (4) which is articulated on a plate (16). The plate (16) lowers above the hand sink while washing the hands and tilts backwards when the sink is closed inside the case.
