PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic drive mechanism with a LS system, having improved composite operationality capable of reducing a flow amount to the hydraulic attachment driving actuator requiring a small flow amount down to a required flow amount or smaller without changing the speed ratio of a hydraulic attachment driving actuator to another working hydraulic actuator even when target LS different pressure is variable with an increase/reduction of an engine speed. SOLUTION: In a hydraulic circuit 26 connecting a differential pressure reducing valve 11 which outputs differential pressure between the discharge pressure of a hydraulic pump 2 and the maximum load pressure of each of actuators 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d to an pressure compensation valve 7d which is related to to a preliminary section (a flow control valve) 6d of the hydraulic attachment driving actuator 3d, a pressure reducing valve 19 is provided for reducing target compensation differential pressure Pc4 of the pressure compensation valve 7d of the preliminary section down to the constant multiplication (<1) of output pressure PLS of the differential pressure reducing valve 11.
