PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly maintain the surface temperature of a heat roller 10 during a standby period, right after printing is started, or right after printing is finished and to steadily control a heater lamp without limiting the mounted positions of thermisters serving as a temperature detection means. SOLUTION: The center thermister 13 corresponding to a center heater 11 in the heat roller 10 and the side thermister 14 corresponding to side heaters 12 in the heat roller 10 are arranged in the same phase in the circumferential direction of the heat roller 10. During a standby state, right after printing is started, and right after printing is finished, a controlled temperature based on the temperature detected by the thermister 13 or 14 is set to a temperature value in which correction is made for a reference control target value.
