PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress generation of crack on an outer surface of a side wall while exhibiting advantage of a winding system. SOLUTION: The side wall rubber 3G is formed from a rolled body 10 in which a rubber strip P is wound in a circumferential direction. The rolled body 10 comprises an inner rubber layer 11 in which the rubber strip P is wound with superposed width Wi of 30-90% of strip width Wg; and an outer rubber layer 12 wound with superposed width Wo of 20% or less of the strip width Wg.
