PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a pillow provided with a structure for equally supporting entire cervical vertebrae, which mitigates the tension of the neck and shoulders. SOLUTION: At the lower edge of the pillow to be the side for supporting the cervical vertebrae at the time of lying on the back, an outer side is removed in an arch shape so as to evade interference with both shoulders. Then, a recessed part for supporting the head is provided on a remaining pillow center part and a slope projecting upwards for supporting the neck is installed successively thereto.
