PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jumping implement and an apparatus having uniform and large rebound force across all surface, enabling a plurality of persons to jump together and capable of being inexpensively and easily installed. SOLUTION: The jumping implement consists of a three-dimensional net structural body 1 with a plurality of stretchable and linear objects 2 getting three-dimensionally and irregularly entangled and partially welded.
