PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armrest device for a toilet in which setting work from a shortened state to a stretched state (or from the stretched state to the shortened state) is very easy. SOLUTION: In the armrest device 1 for the toilet, armrests 5 are attached to the left and right side frames 3 of a frame body, and the armrest 5 is composed of an arcuate lower side plate 7 curved to the inner side, an arcuate upper side plate 8 attached slidably along the arcuate shape on the upper side of the arcuate lower side plate 7 and a leg part 9 for supporting the arcuate lower side plate 7.
