PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an amount of a liquid specimen to be injected to a biochemical reaction cartridge to be visually observed so as not to cause excess or deficiency. SOLUTION: This biochemical reaction cartridge has a chamber 7 into which the specimen B is inserted, and at least a part of which is formed into a transparent part 13 so that the amount of the specimen B may be observed from outside, and the transparent part 13 has a drawn indicator 14a for indicating the minimum required amount of the specimen B.
