<p>A temperature measuring section (108) measures the temperature of an electronic device (200) that is a heat generating body. If the measured temperature is above a predetermined threshold, an electric fan control section (130) instructs an electric fan unit (106) to drive an electric fan so as to cool the electronic device (200). If the measured temperature has increased at a rate over a predetermined threshold in a unit time, a nozzle control section (120) instructs a nozzle unit (102) to cool the electronic device (200) by jet cooling.</p> |
