There are provided a biological information unification device, a biological information unification method, and a biological information unification program for automatically installing a biological analysis program on a network and using a plurality of biological analysis program in a unified environment. A biological information unification system (100) includes a biological information unification device (1), program providing servers (2a, 2b), and a service providing server (3). The biological information unification device (1) includes: interface means (21) for unifying the user environment; program processing means (23) for executing a biological analysis program installed; external service processing means (24) for utilizing the service of the service providing server (3); automatic installer means (25) for installing the biological analysis program provided by the program providing servers (2a, 2b); and program linkage processing means (26) for linking a plurality of biological analysis programs.
