The spherical, oval or round section of the decorative component forms the component's upper portion. The decorative component consists of a soft and/or elastic synthetic material or from a composite body consisting of a soft and/ elastic plastic cover. An independent claim is included for a swivel stopper as a retrofit kit for bottles with standard crown cork closures.
