<p>A liquid emulsion cosmetic excelling in long-term storage stability, which liquid emulsion cosmetic contains an electrolyte cosmetic component. There is provided a liquid emulsion cosmetic comprising lysophospholipid (A), 0.5 to 30.0% of oil (B), electrolyte cosmetic component (C) and water (D). Preferably, the liquid emulsion cosmetic contains 0.05 to 10% of component (A), wherein the added mass ratio between component (A) and component (B) is in the range of 1:10 to 3:1. The liquid emulsion cosmetic may further comprise a POE sterol ether as component (E). Still further, the liquid emulsion cosmetic may contain particles of 30 to 300 nm diameter.</p> |
