<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptic apparatus which can perform high-quality display by suppressing the occurrence of a light leakage current. <P>SOLUTION: The electrooptic apparatus is provided with electrodes for display, wiring, and electronic elements on a substrate.
