PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the dynamic management of a mobile station device in a mobile wireless communication system wherein a base station device 1 and mobile station devices P1-PN communicate with each other wirelessly. SOLUTION: In a base station device, a down free line signal wireless transmitting means transmits a down free line signal including information for specifying a mobile station device and information for specifying a timing of reply from the mobile station device wirelessly. In a mobile station device, a down free line signal receiving means receives the down free line signal transmitted from the base station device and if the own station device is designated by the information included in the down free line signal received by the down free line signal receiving means, a down free line signal wireless transmitting means transmits an up free line signal containing information related to the own station device to the base station device at a timing specified by the information contained in the down free line signal wirelessly.
