PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink having high productivity, because increase in production time or cost caused lowering of productivity. SOLUTION: The heat sink 2 comprises a base 4 having a first surface 4a being connected thermally with a heating element, and a plurality of fins 6a-6d arranged along a predetermined direction while being supported on the second surface 4b of the base 4 and provided with a plurality of through holes 8, respectively.
