PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a button device and a refrigerator equipped with the button device wherein assembling working efficiency is superior and inexpensive manufacturing can be made. SOLUTION: A plurality of operation buttons 51 installed in a continuous row is formed of: light conductive members 70 that radiate the light of the light source 42 to the front face; and a shading member 60 that is engaged so as to cover the outer periphery excluding the front part of the light conductive members 70. The shade part 60 and the light conductive part 70 are supported movably to the front and the rear by support members 65 which are respectively molded integrally and supported by the rear face of an operating panel 31 or the substrate 40, and by arms 64 interposed between the support members 65.
