MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of plasma display panel reducing impurity gas included in the panel when manufacturing it. SOLUTION: On the manufacturing method of the plasma display panel provided with a discharge space having a phosphor layer at least on a part of the inner surface thereof, an exhaust pipe 13 is arranged on an exhaust passage, discharge gas is introduced and the gas remaining in the discharge space is exhausted through the exhaust pipe 13, and the gas in the discharge space or the impurity gas included in the discharge gas is decomposed by using plasma generated at the exhaust passage.
