PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating/cooling system capable of reducing power consumption. SOLUTION: This heating/cooling system 100 having a storage chamber 5 for hot/cold changeover use is provided with a refrigerant circuit 10 composed of a compressor 11, a gas cooler 12, a radiator 15, an expansion valve 16 serving as a pressure reducing device, an evaporator 17, an evaporator 19, and the like, and filled with carbon dioxide as a refrigerant and reaching a supercritical pressure on the high pressure side. The interior of the storage chamber 5 is heated by the radiator 15 and cooled by the evaporator, and a heat insulating material 7 is provided as a partition member capable of adiabatically partitioning the storage chamber 5. In the case of partitioning the storage chamber 5 by the heat insulating material 7, one chamber 4 can be heated by the radiator 15, and the other chamber 3 can be cooled by the evaporator 17.
