PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut with a torque limiter enabling the control of a tightening force with a constant torque. SOLUTION: This nut comprises a nut body 4 threaded to a stud bolt 2 extending through a wheel 1, a cylindrical rotating cover 5 connected in the state of being arrested in the axial direction and freed in the rotating direction, a rotating claw 6 stored on the inside of the cylindrical rotating cover 5 in the state of being arrested in the rotating direction and freed in the axial direction and having a front end face formed engageable with the rear end face of the nut body 4 through ratchet teeth 46 and 61. The ratchet tooth 61 of the rotating claw 6 is pressed against the ratchet tooth 46 on the nut body 4 side by a pressing block 8 fitted to the rear end face side of the rotating cover 5 and a disc spring 7 held between the pressing block 8 and the rotating claw 6.
