PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate, by which the fluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate can be produced in a high yield. SOLUTION: This method for producing the fluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate represented by formula (III) (R<SP>1</SP>is a 1 to 12C fluoroalkyl; R<SP>2</SP>is H or methyl) is characterized by reacting (meth)acrylic acid with a fluoroalkyl alcohol represented by formula (I) : R<SP>1</SP>-OH (I) in the presence of condensed phosphoric acid represented by formula (II) : H<SB>n+2</SB>P<SB>n</SB>O<SB>3n+1</SB>[(n) is the number of 1 to 10].
