PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular interior panel having a simple structure capable of easily and firmly fixing edges of a decorative sheet stretched over a surface of an instrument panel in overlapping parts. SOLUTION: An instrument panel 11 consists of a panel substrate 12, a skin 13 and an intermediate layer 14 provided therebetween. A decorative sheet 18 is stretched over the surface of the skin 13, and both edges of the decorative sheet 18 are held in overlapping parts 16 and 17 between ends of the panel substrate 12 and the skin 13 and on the skin 13. Recessed parts 16a and 17a are formed in an inner surface on one side of the overlapping parts 16 and 17. Thick-walled portions 18a and 18b to be engaged with the recessed parts 16a and 17a are provided on the edge of the decorative sheet 18. The thick-walled portions 18a and 18b are formed by folding back the edges of the decorative sheet 18, or fixing an edge piece to the edge of the decorative sheet 18. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
