PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a power feeding member and manufacturing costs for connecting this from being wasted. SOLUTION: There are set a passage unit fabrication process of fabricating a passage unit including an ink passage which leads to nozzles, an actuator unit fabrication process of fabricating an actuator unit including a piezoelectric sheet which changes a volume of a pressure chamber, and a joint body fabrication process of fabricating a joint body by jointing the passage unit and the actuator unit to each other. There are also set a measurement process of measuring frequency characteristics of impedance for every activity part of the piezoelectric sheet included in the joint body, and a judgment process of judging whether or not an inkjet head is a good one on the basis of a deviation of a difference Fa-Fr between an antiresonance frequency Fa whereby the impedance becomes maximum and a resonance frequency Fr whereby the impedance becomes minimum. Moreover, there is included an FPC joint process of connecting an FPC as the power feeding member to the inkjet head judged as the good one by the judgment process. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
