PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a mechanism, which adjusts a position of a component feeding apparatus with a supporting rod arranged almost vertical, has a difficulty in confirming an accuracy of adjustment and also has a possible risk in the operation, due to interaction with the mass of component feeding apparatus. SOLUTION: The component feeding apparatus 1 has a mechanism to set a vertical position of the supporting rod 13, which is attached to the apparatus 1 extending almost vertically through a clamp block 23 fixed to a stationary member 15, by tightening or loosening the outer periphery of the supporting rod 13 with the clamp block 23. At the upper side and/or the lower side of the clamp block 23, a supplementary clamp block 32 with the supporting rod 13 inserted through, is arranged to set a shift length H1, H2 of the supporting rod 13 in advance.
