PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary appliance for a person with a sex insufficient capable of accelerating erection and prolonging the duration of an erected state by giving appropriate stimulations to glans, to solve the problem that a product capable of coping respectively has to be purchased even in the case that the form of impotence is unclear, and to provide the auxiliary appliance for the person with the sex insufficient for which parts can be used together. SOLUTION: The auxiliary appliance for the person with the sex insufficient comprises a windable inner cylinder for tightening the penis, whose both ends are opened, and an outer cylinder composed of a windable flexible material provided with a glans part for covering the glans from the tip and a penis part for covering the inner cylinder for tightening the penis. It is successively mounted by winding the inner cylinder for tightening the penis, fitting it to the penis of a user, stretching the inner cylinder for tightening the penis, fixing it onto the penis and rewinding the wound outer cylinder from the glans and the tip of the inner cylinder for tightening the penis further.
