PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can perform a ball removal without leaving game balls in a ball feeding mechanism or at a launching position. SOLUTION: A dispensing/launching controlling device which performs the control of the launching or the dispensing and so forth of game balls makes the feeding out motion of a feeding out member 105 which feeds out game balls to the launching position and the launching motion of a launching solenoid 92 perform more often than the number of game balls residing in a ball launching unit which launches game balls when an upper tray switch which is associated with a depressing operation of a ball removing button 216 is switched from ON to OFF when a touch sensor of an operation handle 310 is under an OFF state. Game balls which are fed out to the ball launching unit side from among game balls which have been thrown into an upper tray 201 are launched as foul balls by the control of the dispensing/launching controlling device, and are discharged from a lower tray 301.
