PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pitching machine capable of throwing a fast ball with a further faster speed. SOLUTION: In the pitching machine 1 throwing various kinds of balls with various kinds of speeds holding and rotating balls with wheel faces, a ball supply unit 3 comprising an upper wheel 26 and a lower wheel 27 opposedly arranging the wheel faces to form a ball supply path, a vertical rotating wheel 28 arranged ahead of the ball supply unit, arranging the mutual wheel faces in a triangle shape to form a ball throwing path 35, a ball throwing out unit 4 comprising a rightward inclined rotating wheel 29 inclinedly arranged rightward and upward by 120°and a leftward inclined rotating wheel 30 inclinedly arranged leftward and upward by 120°are mounted on a truck 2, the pitching machine is so constituted that a ball is accelerated by the wheel faces of the ball supply path 34 of the ball supply unit 3 in advance and supplied to the ball throwing out path 35 of a front ball throwing out unit 4 and the ball supplied from the ball supply path 34 by the ball throwing out path 35 of the ball throwing out unit 4 is further provided with a ball speed and a rotating force and thrown forward.
