<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe type ballpoint pen tip which is capable of discharging ink sufficiently even in high-speed writing or the like, and a manufacturing method of the pipe type ballpoint pen tip. <P>SOLUTION: The inner and outer peripheral surfaces of a pipe 10 are deformed by restricting in the inward direction from those before the restricting and thereby a restricted part is formed. A step part 17 is formed at the rearmost end of the restricted part in the inner and outer surfaces. Between the step part 17 and the front face 12A of an inward projection part 12, an ink reservoir 40 not existing previously is formed. The ink supplied from an ink tank comes to be collected in this ink reservoir 40. Therefore the ink collected in the ink reservoir 40 is to be supplied even when sudden or high-speed writing is conducted, and thus properties of high-speed writing and initial writing can be improved, compared with the previous pipe-like ballpoint pen tip wherein no ink reservoir 40 exists. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
