PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive dynamic damper with a supporting metal fitting easy to mount on a mounting bracket, the mounting bracket being easy in rust preventing treatment. SOLUTION: The dynamic damper 10 comprises a pair of supporting metal fittings 11 opposed to each other at a predetermined distance, a mass metal fitting 16 arranged between their opposed vertical plate portions 12, and a pair of rubber elastic bodies 17 for elastically connecting the opposed faces of the vertical plates to both ends of the mass metal fitting. The supporting metal fittings are fixed to the mounting bracket by inserting and fitting mounting holes 14 of a pair of horizontal plate portions 13 to a protruded portion 22 of the mounting bracket 21 and bending the protruded portion outward in the radial direction. On the whole surface of the mounting bracket, a Zn-Al-Mg hot-dip plating is previously formed which is composed of 6 wt% aluminum, 3 wt% magnesium, and zinc and inevitable impurities for the rest.
