PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning load forecasting method, its device and program, and a recording medium, capable of realizing the forecast of high accuracy in comparison with a conventional one by taking the number of operated air conditioners and an operating rate. SOLUTION: The air conditioning load past record data, the weather data, the calendar data and the air conditioner operation schedule data are input to the forecast model learned (learning procedure of step S11) by using the air conditioning load record data, the weather data, the calendar data and the air conditioner operation schedule data, and the air conditioning load is forecasted (forecasting procedure of step S21) to create the forecast data.
