<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily manufacturable board, etc. having a high radiation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The board has a first layer 201 having a metal member and ceramic members provided on both sides of the metal member, a second layer 202 laminated on the first layer 201 with metal members arranged in parallel with spacings, and a third layer 203 laminated on the second layer 202 with a metal member and ceramic members provided on both sides of the metal member. The metal members of the first, second and third layers 201, 202, 203 constitute a tubular structure 230, the ceramic members of the first and third layers 201, 203 are disposed around the tubular structure 230 which flows a cooling fluid in the hollow portion 240 of the tubular structure 230. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
