摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator for improving an outer appearance design of the refrigerator as a whole and simplifying maintenance by reducing a size of a unit of an ion generating device and facilitating housing of the ion generating device in a main body.

SOLUTION: The refrigerator is provided with an ion generator 7 including an electrode unit and a high voltage transformer for applying a high voltage between electrodes of the electrode unit, and a fan 6 arranged on an upper surface of a refrigerator main body 1 for discharging generated ions. The ion generator is arranged in a heat insulating wall on an upper part of a door 3 for opening and closing an opening of a storage room, and the ions generated from a door upper surface are discharged to a kitchen space by the fan.
