PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner having excellent cleaning property and transfer property as well as low temperature fixing property and having an irregular shape. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic toner having: a core layer which contains at least a crystalline resin and a coloring agent; and a shell layer which contains an amorphous resin and coats the surface of the core layer, the toner has 0.90 to 0.96 average circularity.
