PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a geared motor having an output shaft stopping precisely at a plurality of rotational angles at low cost, through a simple arrangement. SOLUTION: The geared motor comprises a motor 7, a reduction mechanism (not shown) for transmitting the rotating force of the motor 7 to the output shaft (not shown), while reducing the speed; a cam (not shown) rotating, while being coupled with the output shaft; a first contact 11a and a second contact 11b being opened/closed by the cam; and a first outer terminal 6a connected commonly with all terminals on one side of the first and second contacts 11a and 11b and the terminals on one side of the motor 7. Since the terminals on one side of each contact are collected together, outer terminal and connecting wire will not increase, even if the number of contacts is increased, in order to detect a large number of rotational angles.
