PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction by detecting presence/non-presence of ringing in an output signal waveform of an output buffer thereby changing a driving capability of a driving means without using a component, such as a damping resistor, inverse bias or ferrite beads and without adjusting and setting the driving capability from the outside. SOLUTION: If ringing occurs when an output signal waveform (b) from an output buffer 20 rises and falls, it is detected, and driving capability of a PMOS transistor group in an H level side driving means 22a and of an NMOS transistor group in an L level side driving means 22b is controlled to be decreased step by step by driving signals from an H level side slew rate control apparatus 10a and an L level side slew rate control apparatus 10b.
