PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the misunderstanding of a fault of an apparatus by a user by securing the interchangeability of an apparatus. SOLUTION: When next "play item" can be reproduced seamlessly succeeding to "play item" directly before, a seamless_connection_flag is set to 1, and when seamless reproduction cannot be guaranteed, it is set to 0. That is, when this flag is 0, it is guaranteed that the prescribed "play item" is reproduced continuously (without interruption of a picture or a voice from "play item" directly before).
