PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical connector holder having high mounting density which can surely hold an optical connector such as of an MT type without, needing dedicated tools. SOLUTION: The holder is composed of a box-type holder body 10A, having an inside space storing a pair of MT-type connected optical connectors 2, and a slide cover 10B covering the holder body 10A. The front and rear faces of the holder body 10A are provided with a notched part 11 for drawing out an optical cable 1 connected to the MT-type optical connector 2, and the inner wall of the front and rear faces are provided with a spring 12 fixed and, connected by pressure contacting the MT-type optical connector 2 stored. An extrusion hole 13 for pushing and pulling out the MT-type optical connector 2, stored in the inside with finger tips or the like, is formed on the bottom face of the holder body 10A.
