PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of a signal to noise ratio of a video signal when two means of generating a signal inputted to a data driver and generating a signal inputted to an address driver from an analog video signal are integrated into one signal processing IC for miniaturizing. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display apparatus, two areas are located across a mounted position of the signal processing IC 2 in a substrate 6, and in one area 61, a main part of patterns for forming an analog signal path and a main part of devices for forming the path are provided. In the other area 62, a main part of patterns for forming a path in which the signal for the data driver and the signal for the address driver which are outputted from the signal processing IC 2 are led to output terminals 602 and 603 and a main part of devices for forming the path are provided.
