PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinhole inspection device capable of detecting highly accurately a pinhole defect generated when manufacturing a folding sheet for folding granule or the like in a high temperature state. SOLUTION: A thermocompression bonding roller 21 is provided on a medicine filling part 2 of a folding sheet manufacturing device 1, and heat is applied to a pinhole detection device 30 positioned near the medicine filling part 2. A reflection plate 44 is provided on a light-receiving side optical path 35 in the pinhole detection device 30. The reflection plate 44 is connected to the first radiator 45 and prevents heat transfer to a light detection element 36.
