PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt removable preventing tool having improved crime-preventing security by firmly fixing a base storing a bolt head to a cap. SOLUTION: The bolt removable preventing tool 1 comprises the base 15 whose cylindrical wall 23 has a taper portion 31 peripherally provided at an opening end and an engaging groove 39 peripherally provided in the inner face, the taper portion 31 being inclined toward the inner face 23a with its inner diameter getting gradually smaller as getting closer to the side of a base plate 21, and the cap 17 having a fitted portion 41 to be fitted into the cylindrical wall 23, a bolt head storage portion 27, a block portion 43, and a lock groove 39. The bolt head storage portion 27 is a recessed portion opened to the side of the base plate 21. The block portion 43 is peripherally provided at the end of the fitted portion 41 for blocking the taper portion 31. The lock groove 39 is peripherally provided on the outer face of the fitted portion 41 and opposed to the engaging groove 33 of the base 15. A retaining ring 19 has an inner periphery previously fitted to the lock groove 39 of the cap 17 and an outer periphery abutting on the taper portion 31 and it is inserted into the cylindrical wall 23.
