PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple bicycle and bicycle component folding structure in which the strength of a hinge part is high, a play can be easily repaired, and any picking member is not detached. SOLUTION: In the bicycle and bicycle component folding structure in which fixing seats 8 and 9 facing each other are screwed by a hinge shaft 13 in a folding manner, the other end of a fixing pin 12 with a picking member 15 to fix and hold the fixing seats 8 and 9 in an overlapping manner by a fixed piece 14 screwed to one end is locked to the hinge shaft 13, only one hinge shaft 13 may be arranged, parts with a play generated therein are less, and the structure is simplified and the strength of the hinge part is increased. In addition, a play generated if any can be simply and easily corrected by pulling the fixing pin 12 by adjusting the picking member 15 via the fixed piece 14 when tightened.
