PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular mount structure capable of corresponding to the difference in the engine mounting center (capable of absorbing the difference) with change in kind of engine, sufficiently absorbing the energy when a vehicle is collided, and easily enhancing the rigidity of an engine mount fitting point. SOLUTION: In the vehicular mount structure having a front side member 21 and a mount bracket to fit an engine mount 25 to the front side member 21, the mount bracket has a first mount bracket 23 having an engine mount fitting part 23a, and a second mount bracket 24 which is provided on a rear portion of a vehicle behind the first mount bracket 23 with a space in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle from the first mount 23, and has an engine mount fitting part 24a.
