PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight, efficiently, economical, safe and environment-friendly cleaning device to be suitably used in places where a large amount of waste paper is scattered such as a bicycle racetrack, a racetrack and a boat race stadium. SOLUTION: Notches are formed in several parts of the lower section of a sweeping blade made of a material having a large friction coefficient such as rubber, soft resin or the like. The sweeping blade is installed on a blade support member, and then the blade support member is replaced with a support member fixing member and secured with a retainer capable of being replaced.
