PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ALC-panel mounting structure and a fitting preventing the damage of a panel and a metal fitting. SOLUTION: The metal fitting is installed to a foundation section for a building by the header face of the ALC panel. The metal fitting has a frontest section, in which an iron plate is bent at a right angle and the front end of the L-shaped sectional metal fitting is further bent at the right angle, and the frontest section is formed in a sealer cutting shape. The ALC panel is formed in a structure, in which the panel is mounted and fixed by the header face of the panel continuously connected to the foundation section, by using the fitting for the ALC panel, and the frontest section of the fitting is bitten at the proper place of the header face.
