PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detachably attach only a tray member by solving a problem that a conventional cosmetic storage case, when a lipstick filled therein is a defective, it is troublesome to detach the lipstick and clean the inside of the tray member and dispose the lipstick along with the cosmetic storage case. SOLUTION: An engagement pin for the tray member is formed as a first engagement pin and a second engagement pin formed in a part lower than the first engagement pin, even if the tray member is in its maximum projection position moved by an outer cylindrical member, the engagement between the second engagement pin and a spiral groove cannot be released and, when a pushing pin is inserted from a bottom hole of a flange member to position the tray member in a further upper part of the the maximum projection position, the engagement between the first engagement pin and the second engagement pin of the tray member and the spiral groove can be released.
