<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a problem such as the separation of a coating film and the like, and the impairing of heat exchanging performance caused by partial thickening of the coating layer. <P>SOLUTION: This heat exchanger comprises a plurality of tubes 2 arranged in parallel with each other, and a core 4 having a pair of tank members 5a, 5b connected in a state that both end parts 2a of each tube 2 are respectively inserted, and the coating layers are formed on the tubes 2 as circulated water flow passages, and inner surfaces of the tank members 5a, 5b.
