<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control unit capable of making a light source emit light with a desired hue. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting control unit uses a controller 21 comprising a power setting circuit 23 that outputs a signal for setting the ratio between the ON state and the OFF state in a time interval in a PWM manner from a control terminal Pc. The power setting circuit 23 is configured to output a signal of a duty ratio defined in such a manner that the OFF state is maintained at an early stage in the time interval and then an ON signal is output.
