<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a motor of exhaust fan from becoming heated, by radiated heat from a roaster or hot air discharged from the exhaust fan in the arrangement where a deodorant catalyst, a heater for heating the catalyst, the exhaust fan, and its motor are prepared on the back side of the roaster to clean and deodorize the catalyst. <P>SOLUTION: On the back side of the roaster 4, a catalyst 19, a heater 15 for heating the catalyst, an exhaust fan 20 for forcibly discharging oily smoke through the catalyst 19 outside a body 1, its motor 20a and an exhaust duct 21 are prepared. On the upper face of the roaster 4 side of a housing case 9 constituting a controller unit 8, a heating coil 6 and corresponding opening 14 for cooling are prepared. An air passage 23 for cooling air is prepared between the opening 14 and the motor 20a to send a part of cooling air, which is lead from a cooling fan 11 to the opening 14 through the controller unit 8, to the motor 20a through it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
